Good content, awkward interface

I signed up for an Individual annual plan to get into some Python courses and brushed up on my JavaScript. The content quality is really high, especially the video courses for Python. I found the instructors knowledgeable and the pace was just right. Delivery was instant, obviously, since it's a digital product. I did have a small issue navigating some of the learning paths; it wasn't always intuitive how to jump between modules or find specific exercises. Customer support was okay when I reached out about a playback issue on a specific video. They responded within a day, which was decent. Overall, the skills learned were worth the price, but the user experience could use some polish.

Got the Individual monthly plan. Started a web development course. It was super easy to sign up. Content loaded fast. No issues.

Learned a lot, pretty cool

I tried out the 10-day free trial first, then signed up for an Individual annual plan. Wanted to learn more about AI and machine learning courses. It was pretty cool. I watched a bunch of videos and even did a few of the sandboxes. Felt like I actually learned some stuff without it being boring. Definitely worth it for what I paid.

Solid value, minor glitches

I picked up the Premium subscription during a sale, mainly for the data professional courses and the certification practice exams. The variety of courses is excellent, and I've found the quality of instruction to be consistently good. The value for the money, especially with the discount, was definitely there. However, I did experience a few minor glitches with the mobile app crashing occasionally when I tried to download courses for offline viewing. Support was responsive when I reported it, but it wasn't a quick fix. The overall learning experience is positive, but those small tech issues were a bit annoying.
